Hi, I’m Stacey
I am the middle of three sisters, and grew up in the rural town of Santa Ynez just outside of Santa Barbara, CA. Therapy played a pivotal role in my early twenties, and ever since I have had a desire to help others in their own personal healing journey. I received my Bachelor’s in Business from University of Colorado in 2009, and spent nearly a decade working for my family’s farm. I then went on to receive my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2020.
Working with adults of all ages, I guide my clients towards their inner knowing that we are all born with but have lost contact with due to trauma, societal pressures, family dynamic and much more. As a therapist I take a holistic, mindfulness based approach to therapy. What does this mean? Together, we will look at all aspects of your life that impact your well being from physical and spiritual to mental and emotional. Incorporating mindfulness practices such as breath work and meditation, has been proven to help relieve the intensity of anxiety, and depression.
Currently, I solely offer virtual services. Please contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to further explore what it would be like to work with me.
