Individual Therapy

Whether it is society, our culture or family values, we are taught from a young age to “be happy” and avoid talking about “negative feelings”. Research shows that repressing our feelings and not addressing them as they arise can lead to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction and so much more. Choosing to start therapy, is choosing to acknowledge your inner world which in turn is a great preventative tool for our mental and emotional health. Clients typically leave sessions feeling lighter and like a weight has been taken off of their shoulders.
